Pricing & Plans
Why is an entrance fee needed?
With entrance fees starting around $128,600 and one-bedroom apartment monthly services fees beginning at $2,838, you will be surprised how affordable living at Springhill can be.
Even though your residence at our continuing care retirement community is maintenance-free, Springhill does require maintenance. Entrance fees help fund enhancements, a continuum of care for future needs, and the wide range of services and life-enriching programs that a well-run community requires. Experience freedom from worry on our beautiful campus surrounded by wonderful people and new opportunities.

When you factor in the many services and amenities our community provides and the cost of maintaining a home, including taxes and major repairs, most people are surprised by how favorably we compare.
Plus, Springhill offers flexible financial planning to fit your lifestyle and goals.
50% Refundable Plan
With this plan, you or your heirs will be refunded 50% of your entrance fee when you no longer reside at Springhill*. In exchange, you pay a higher entrance fee up front than if you choose the Standard Plan.
Standard Plan
The Standard Plan is the most affordable way to join our community. In this plan, the entrance fee amortizes over 50 months of residency. This means that during those first 50 months you live at Springhill, you can receive a partial refund of your entrance fee*.
*Please note that entrance fee refunds are generally provided when your residence is re-occupied by a new resident who pays a new entrance fee. Specific terms regarding the refund of entrance fees are outlined in the Residency Agreement. We encourage you to carefully read the Residency Agreement to understand the conditions that must be met for Asbury Communities to issue an entrance fee refund.
Supporting Peace of Mind
Unlike many other senior living options, continuing care retirement communities, also called CCRCs or LifePlan communities, provide quality, on-site healthcare services should your needs ever change. As a not-for-profit retirement community, Springhill is Mission-focused and returns whatever funds exceed operating costs back into the community. In addition, eligible residents who outlive their financial resources through no fault of their own may apply for Benevolent Care for assistance with monthly fees, food, medical care, medications and health insurance.
