Life at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) provides peace of mind. Springhill offers a continuum of care, from independent living to assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services, so you can stay in one community even if your needs change. On-campus services include personal care, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, on-site clinics, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Well-being is also central to life at Springhill. Community staff and residents work together to create programs addressing social, emotional, physical, intellectual, environmental, spiritual, and vocational health. The Kinnections Brain Health program is a key part of our approach, supported by award-winning wellness professionals and a dedicated brain health coach. Residents remain independent while enjoying opportunities to engage both on campus and in the wider community.

Springhill welcomes adults 55 and older. Prospective residents must demonstrate sufficient income and assets to support their living expenses over their projected lifespan, calculated through a system maintained by an outside actuary. Generally, someone with a retirement income who owns a home in the area or has equivalent assets can afford the security and benefits of the Springhill lifestyle.
