Asbury Leadership
A Dedicated Leadership Team
Providing strategic planning and operational expertise, our Senior Leadership Team is supported by experienced Board members who are highly regarded in their professions, and exceptional associates across our organization.
With a strong foundation, forward-thinking and collaborative leadership, and an organization dedicated to doing all the good we can with integrity, transparency, and grace, Asbury is well prepared to continue its role as a national, not-for-profit senior living leader.
“I view my role as RiverWoods Executive Director as an incredible opportunity to continually support our Central Pennsylvania community. Having dedicated my career to serving others, I am excited by Asbury’s Mission to ‘do all the good we can’ for those we serve. I take great pride in being part of a person-centered organization that seeks to provide the very best experience for all those who live and work here.”
“I have the best job in the world, I help people share their blessings to make the world a better place – sometimes for one, sometimes for many – but always for good!”
“I came to RiverWoods with nineteen years of Long-Term Care experience, working in various roles through the years. It is my privilege to serve the Administrator at RiverWoods, where my work aligns with my life purpose of improving the quality of life for the aging population. I am blessed to serve with a team of caring associates who show compassion in the care they give every day, treating residents with dignity and respect. As the NHA, it is my responsibility to ensure the team has the tools and resources they need to provide quality care to our residents. I am grateful for the opportunity to inspire and develop those I lead.”
“I am very grateful for my job at RiverWoods, and thankful for the amazing EVS team that I work alongside. They are all hardworking and always do everything they can to put residents first. I take pride in being part of an organization that makes resident well-being a top priority. I am honored to share every day with the associates and residents of RiverWoods. I have worn many different hats in my career. This is the one that fits the best, and I feel looks the nicest on me!
“Having served in churches for 40 years as an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, I am able to share my top two passions of ministry here at RiverWoods: worship and pastoral care. Throughout my parish ministry, I always felt a nudging from God to serve as a chaplain in senior living. I absolutely love sharing my ministry with the residents and associates here. I feel privileged to be at RiverWoods at this stage of my life and for the opportunity to serve.”
“As Executive Assistant at RiverWoods, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to help create a senior living community for residents that not only meets, but also exceeds, their expectations on a daily basis. With more than 20 years of experience in business and Healthcare Administration, I find the most fulfilment and satisfaction working with independent living communities than any other facet in the healthcare setting. Every day I have the privilege of working alongside some of the most creative, resident-focused colleagues I know, as well as overseeing a team of receptionists that are top notch.”
“I am a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing with over 20 years of experience in the nursing field. In my role I am committed to providing the highest quality of care and fostering a positive work environment for nurses and the healthcare team. Long term care has always been my passion and I am very fortunate to have a great team to lead to ensure the residents are getting the best care possible.”
“I am very excited about joining the RiverWoods team. From the moment I went toured the community, I knew I wanted to be part of it. I noticed how everyone treated each other and the residents, and I told myself, ‘I really want to be part of RiverWoods.’”
“In my role as Director of Sales, I am so happy to help potential residents find the perfect apartment, cottage, or personal care residence to suit their needs. I love meeting families from all over the country looking to relocate to RiverWoods, where they can retire and enjoy maintenance-free living. Many move to RiverWoods to be near family and friends in the area, and I am thrilled to help them make the move an easy and stress-free experience. I look forward to seeing residents enjoy their new life on our campus and I love watching them make new friends and take part in our wellness activities and other amenities.”
“As a team member and therapist of Asbury Riverwoods, I strive to provide residents and families communication, well-being, and functional therapy in their home or short term rehabilitation. My team of therapists are held to a level of creativity, client centered and evidence based treatment to reach individualized goals. My objective is to establish an environment for fun, laughter, and exceptional outcomes for all our residents. I am honored to be part of an evolving and developing community.”
“Food is one of the most important part of our lives. Having been in the culinary industry for over 30 years in the Lewisburg area, I have worked at RiverWoods for nearly 10 year in various positions within the food service department. In addition to the joy I get from bringing smiles to resident faces through food, I also enjoy catering events here at RiverWoods and other locations.”
“As the Senior Human Resources Generalist at Asbury RiverWoods, my primary responsibilities include orientation, associate advocacy and fostering management partnerships. My goal is to be a resource for all associates across campus. I want everyone to feel free to contact me with any questions or if they need any guidance.”
“As a certified fitness and wellness professional for more than 20 years’ I bring insight, energy and excitement to all of our resident centered wellness opportunities and experiences. I am determined to understand the starting point of each resident as we work together, setting an engaging and rewarding wellness path.”
“I started my career with RiverWoods in 1993, and I will always call this community ‘home.’ I feel blessed to be part of a community with strong values, and to be able to go home every day proud of the fact that we are providing great care, compassion and genuine warmth to the residents who have made RiverWoods their home.”
“I came to Riverwoods having dedicated 20 years to aging social work. It is my goal everyday to ensure that residents are safe, have all of their needs met, and are their best selves. My interest in social work began while working at RiverWoods as a teenager. Joining the Riverwoods community again feels like ‘coming home.’ Over the years I have worked with many individuals, but I’m most proud to work with such a great team here at RiverWoods.”
