Why is an entrance fee needed?

With entrance fees starting around $138,900 and one-bedroom apartment monthly services fees beginning at $1,626, you will be surprised how Normandie Ridge senior living can be.

The Normandie Ridge entrance fee is an investment in your future, ensuring that you are part of a community that is committed to providing the lifestyle you want today and the services you may need in the future. Entrance fees help provide capital funds for upkeep, enhancements, and the wide range of services, programs and staff that a well-run community like Normandie Ridge requires. You can rest assured that you have access to a complete continuum of services that deliver the care you need, when you need it.

Choose From Several Entrance Fee Plans

When you factor in the many services and amenities our community provides and the cost of maintaining a home, including taxes and major repairs, most people are surprised by how favorably we compare.

Plus, Normandie Ridge offers flexible financial planning to fit your lifestyle and goals.

50% Refundable Plan

With this plan, you or your heirs will be refunded 50% of your entrance fee when you no longer reside at Normandie Ridge*. In exchange, you pay a higher entrance fee up front than if you choose the Standard Plan.

Standard Plan

The Standard Plan is the most affordable way to enjoy Normandie Ridge. In this plan, the entrance fee amortizes over 50 months of residency. This means that during those first 50 months you live at Normandie Ridge, you can receive a partial refund of your entrance fee*.

*Please note that entrance fee refunds are generally provided when your residence is re-occupied by a new resident who pays a new entrance fee. Specific terms regarding the refund of entrance fees are outlined in the Residency Agreement. We encourage you to carefully read the Residency Agreement to understand the conditions that must be met for Asbury Communities to issue an entrance fee refund.

Supporting Peace of Mind

Unlike many other senior living options, continuing care retirement communities, also called CCRCs or LifePlan communities, provide quality, on-site healthcare services should your needs ever change. And, as a not-for-profit retirement community, Normandie Ridge gives eligible residents who outlive their financial resources through no fault of their own the ability to apply for Benevolent Care for assistance with monthly fees, food, medical care, medications and health insurance.
