Asbury Communities is pleased to welcome two new senior living communities to our organization. Together, Grace Park, located in Stroudsburg, PA, and Ivy Gables, located in Wilmington, DE. serve 125 older adults. The communities offer independent living and personal care or assisted living and memory care.
This expansion demonstrates Asbury’s commitment to serving more people and ensuring financial strength. We look forward to working together with Grace Park and Ivy Gables to integrate our Mission of exploring possibilities to live your best life and our system-wide focus on well-being.

With these additions, the Asbury system now has 11 locations in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee comprised of continuing care retirement communities, senior living communities, and diversified services.
In 2021, Asbury acquired Asbury Chandler Estate in Pen Argyl, Pa., which followed our affiliation with Albright Care Services in 2020.
