Unlike many other senior living options, continuing care retirement communities, also called CCRCs or LifePlan communities, provide quality, on-site healthcare services should your needs ever change. And, as a not-for-profit retirement community, Bethany Village gives eligible residents who outlive their financial resources through no fault of their own the ability to apply for Benevolent Care for assistance with monthly fees, food, medical care, medications and health insurance.

Why Is An Entrance Fee Needed?

Even though your residence in a continuing care retirement community is maintenance-free, Bethany Village does require maintenance. Entrance fees help fund enhancements, a wide range of amenities and services, access to our continuum of care, life-enriching programs, and exceptional staff that a well-run community requires. Entrance fees ensure that you will have a well-maintained and engaging place to call home.

With entrance fees starting around $178,200 and one-bedroom apartment monthly services fees beginning at $2,079, you will be surprised how affordable living at Bethany Village can be.

Choose From Several Entrance Fee Plans

Bethany Village is committed to delivering flexible financial planning to fit your lifestyle.

80% Refundable Plan

With this plan, you or your heirs will be refunded 80% of your entrance fee when you no longer reside at Bethany Village* in exchange for a higher up-front entrance fee.

50% Refundable Plan

This plan requires a smaller up-front payment than the 80% Refundable Plan and returns 50% of your entrance fee to you or your estate at the time you are no longer a resident here*. This option provides more long-term value than the Standard Plan.

Standard Plan

The Standard Plan is the most affordable way to enjoy Bethany Village. In this plan, the entrance fee amortizes over 50 months of residency. This means that during those first 50 months you live at Bethany Village, you could receive a partial refund of your entrance fee*.

*Please note that entrance fee refunds are generally provided when your residence is re-occupied by a new resident who pays a new entrance fee. Specific terms regarding the refund of entrance fees are outlined in the Residency Agreement. We encourage you to carefully read the Residency Agreement to understand the conditions that must be met for Asbury to issue an entrance fee refund.
