Asbury Communities Clinical Leadership Team

Meet the members of the Asbury Support & Collaboration Center’s Clinical Quality leadership team who are continuing to enhance the quality of our health care services for seniors. These leaders bring a strong background in health care services, demonstrated success in achieving clinical excellence, and will continue to move Asbury toward its goal to become the provider of choice in each of our markets.

  • Henry Moehring, Senior Vice President Health Care Services & Operations, served as the Associate and Executive Director of Asbury Methodist Village during a 10-year span before joining the Alpha-1 Foundation as its President and CEO in 2016. He has more than 30 years of health care administration experience, and helped guide Asbury Methodist Village’s Wilson Health Care Center to a 5-star CMS rating during his time there. We are pleased that he has returned to Asbury, where he was noted for building collaborative relationships and a proactive leadership style. In his role, Henry provides strategic and operational support for the skilled nursing centers in Asbury’s system.
  • Skip Margot, Vice President Clinical Excellence, most recently served as the Executive Director of Asbury Home Health in Gaithersburg, Md. During his tenure with Asbury Home Health, Skip led his team to achieve a 4.5 star rating with the CMS, accreditation with The Joint Commission, and the state’s lowest readmission rate for home health agencies.

These positions round out a Clinical Education Program that includes a Director of Clinical Support Services, Director of Quality Assurance, and Director of Clinical Analytics and Processes implemented in 2013 and staffed by nurse administrators who achieved strong results in clinical excellence with Asbury.
